Our Terms & Conditions
This isn't a faceless corporation. When you buy from Cedarwyn, you're buying from a small workshop where we personally choose fabrics, test stitching, and finish every piece. These terms exist so we're both clear — not to trap you. By placing an order, you agree to the following.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order. We have no control over these fees — they’re charged by your country’s customs office. We also cannot predict them. If you’re unsure, check with your local customs before ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. A package can sit in customs for days or weeks. That’s out of our hands. Once we ship your order, the delivery timeline is partly up to the carrier and your local authorities.
Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason — for example, if we spot a payment issue, a shipping address that doesn’t exist, or if we physically cannot fulfill the order due to material or workload limits. We’re a small team (with skilled stitchers). We don’t overpromise.
If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full within 3 business days.
Pricing and errors
We try to keep pricing accurate. But mistakes happen — a typo, a wrong GSM listed, a photo that doesn’t perfectly match the final fabric shade. We reserve the right to correct errors and update order details before shipping. If we catch a major error after you order, we’ll contact you first.
Pre-orders and new releases
From time to time, we offer pre-orders (especially for the upcoming premium denim range). Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates are just that — estimates. Delays can happen due to fabric sourcing, hardware availability, or stitching revisions. We will communicate delays honestly. You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships.
Use of this website
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape data, to spam the contact form, or to harass us or our team. This is a small, independent shop. Act like a decent human.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada (where the workshop is based). Any disputes — though we hope it never comes to that — will be handled there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
